Florida Auto Insurance Registry ("we", "us", "the Registry") provides a directory of independent auto insurance agencies and carriers in Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the "Find Coverage For Me" form we collect:
- Contact details: email address and/or phone number
- ZIP code (optional)
- If you request a quote for a specific agency, the agency name
Automatically collected information
We automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, referrer, and timestamps. Hosting and analytics providers may also collect usage data.
Cookies and tracking
We use third-party services that may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies (for example, Google services used for advertising and fonts). These technologies collect information about your browser and device and your interactions with the site. To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, visit Google Ads Settings.
How we use information
- To send leads to partner agencies or internal contacts so an agent can follow up.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our services.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.

Third-party service providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the site and process leads. Notable providers include:
- Mailgun — used to send lead emails (leads you submit are sent via Mailgun to configured recipients).
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge functions (requests and logs may be processed by Cloudflare).
- Google — advertising (AdSense) and fonts. These services have their own privacy policies.
We do not control those providers' data practices; please review their policies for details.
Data retention
Leads submitted through the form are delivered by email to configured recipients and are retained by those recipients and providers according to their own policies. We do not store leads in a database on the site. Automatically collected technical logs may be retained by our hosting provider.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in transit (e.g., HTTPS) and limit access to configuration data (such as API keys) to authorized personnel. However, no transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may:
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information you submitted.
- Opt out of further communications by contacting the recipient of the lead (they control follow-up).
